We're looking for talented team players to join our European Wax Center team of wax specialists. You must be motivated, honest, hardworking and licensed in the state of Texas. Previous experience waxing is great, but not necessary as full training will be provided to you as no cost!

LaFon Wax Centers has been a European Wax Center franchisee for over 10 years. We currently have 6 locations and are growing! While we are growing, we want our teams to grow with us. We are looking for talented licensed professionals to join our team and grow with us as we expand into more locations in the greater Austin area. In the past, our Wax Specialists have been promoted internally into management, educational, and support roles for our organization. Typical Total Compensation:

• Following Training: $23-$25+ per hour
• 4-6 Months after start: $25-$33+ per hour
• Approaching 1 year and beyond: $33-$40+ per hour

Esthetician / Wax Specialist Responsibilities:

• Providing the highest quality wax service while maintaining a cheerful and positive attitude.
• Responsible for educating all guests and recommending at home care products using European Wax Center's product portfolio.
• Responsible for educating all guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes and consistency with waxing.
• Responsible for maintaining and exceeding center and individual goals through EWC terminology and scripts.

Schedule:

• Weekday Morning Shift: 8:30AM - 3:00PM
• Weekday Evening Shift: 2:30PM - 9:00PM
• Weekend Shift: 8:30AM - 6:30PM
