Salary: $ Base with commission on sales with no cap on commission (estimated $90000 first year)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role is focused on expanding our commercial client base while also contributing to our residential business. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for cold calling cold stopping into businesses building and fostering relationships and attending community events as the face of Rolling Suds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in cold calling and door-to-door sales to generate new business leads.
• Visit potential clients in person to introduce our services and discuss their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
• Attend community events to represent Rolling Suds and promote our services.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage your time effectively to balance cold calling client visits and follow-up activities.
• Travel as needed including some overnights and long days.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferably in door-to-door or B2B sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and stay disciplined in day-to-day routines.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes including overnight stays.
