Physical Therapist (PT) – School-Based

$2,625 - $2,812 Weekly | Gravette, AR Area

Join a supportive school team and make a meaningful difference every day! AB Staffing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to support students throughout the 2025–2026 school year in the greater Gravette Area!

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 37.5 hrs/week (school-day hours).
• Pay: $2,625 - $2,812 /week.
• Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year.
• Caseload: Matched to your experience and preference.
• Start: ASAP or start of school year.

School-Based PT Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop IEP-aligned treatment plans.
• Provide direct and consultative PT services to support student mobility, access & participation.
• Recommend adaptive equipment, positioning, and assistive technology.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers & families.
• Document services, progress notes & assessments per district/state guidelines.
• Support students across a variety of school environments (classroom, hallways, playground, community settings).

PT Requirements:

• Bachelor’s (or higher) in Physical Therapy.
• Active Arkansas PT License.
• 1+ year of PT experience (school or pediatric experience preferred).
• Current BLS/CPR.
• Strong communication, organization & time-management skills.
• Ability to support a varied caseload across school settings.
