What You’ll Do

  • Monitor and document vital signs, ensuring top-quality care.
  • Prepare exam rooms and manage medical supplies efficiently.
  • Keep patient environments safe, organized, and welcoming.
  • Coordinate schedules, triage calls, and assist with authorizations.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for nursing-related inquiries.
  • Support patients with home care arrangements and follow-up needs.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and contribute to a culture of excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active LPN license in Connecticut.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
  • Proficiency with EPIC or similar EHR systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and tech-savvy mindset.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying calm and focused.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in neurology or medical-surgical nursing.
  • Phone triage expertise.
  • Strong assessment and communication skills.

Contract Details & Work Environment

  • 6-month contract position.
  • Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week.
  • Typical hours: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with flexible lunch breaks.
  • Administrative, non-patient-facing role in a multispecialty clinic.

This is a Contract position based out of New Haven, CT.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
