We want YOU to join our Freddy’s Team!! We are looking for Team Members to join our ColdLine team.

• ColdLine – greet guests with their first taste of an essential Freddy’s ingredient – hospitality. As a member of this team the person is responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, keeping dining area neat and clean, and preparing frozen custard treats.

Main responsibilities of a cashier:

• Managing transactions, making sure pricing is accurate
• Accepting payments and providing receipts
• Bagging purchased goods

Responsibilities of a Cashier:

• Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises
• Managing transactions using a cash register
• Balancing the cash register
• Scanning goods and making sure pricing and quantities are accurate
• Accepting payments in cash or credit
• Providing change and receipts
• Issuing coupons, vouchers, stamps and gift cards
• Processing returns and refunds, and resolving customer complaints
• Bagging and wrapping purchased goods for safe transport
• Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting dining room

Cashier Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and organization skills
• Must be dependable 
• Experience or a strong interest in providing great guest service
• Must be able to work in a team environment
