What We Offer Our Aides

  • A flexible schedule - Full Time and Part Time hours available! Work when and where YOU want (hourly shifts or live-in).
  • Starting Wage is $17 per hour (plus Holiday premium pay).

What Your Responsibilities Look Like

  • Companionship and engaging activities
  • Assist with personal care and medication reminders
  • Provide basic house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation.
  • Escort client to appointments and errands as needed.

  • Able to pass a criminal background check.
  • N.A. on the IDPH Worker Registry in good standing. (NEW GRADS WELCOME!)
  • A warm heart and gentle touch!
  • Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.

Eligible employees and their dependents will be offered medical, hospitalization, vision, and dental benefits through the employer sponsored minimum essential plan. Employees are also eligible to enroll in employer sponsored retirement plan after 6 months of service (21 years of age). Accrued paid time off (up to 80 hours per year based on tenure), and 1.5x pay for scheduled/worked covered holidays.
