The Annual Giving Manager plays a key role in ensuring One80 Place meets the annual community support goal through the development and execution of annual giving programs. This role is essential in advancing our mission by securing the necessary funding. The Annual Giving Manager maintains a portfolio of donors, coordinates the development and implementation of campaign materials, marketing, and communications pieces, assists in the planning and execution of One80 Place events, and maintains the integrity of Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge database. This position directly reports to the Chief Development Officer.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage a comprehensive annual giving program including direct mail campaigns, online giving, peer to peer, third party fundraising and in-person fundraising efforts.
2. Manage the day-to-day operations of annual giving campaigns, ensuring they are executed on schedule and within budget.
3. Create compelling campaign, marketing, and communication materials, ensures consistent messaging across all platforms.
4. Manages the organization's digital footprint, including the website and social media channels.
5. Prepare grant proposals and reports.
6. Maintain relationships with funders from an assigned portfolio.
7. Generate reports on campaign performance, donor engagement, retention, and acquisition.
8. Oversees donor database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data management practices.
9. Assist in the planning and implementation of One80 Place-initiated events.
10. Assist with additional projects as assigned.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse range of donors and stakeholders.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, the capacity to build and deepen relationships.
4. Detailed oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
5. Knowledgeable about fundraising, marketing, and communication principles and strategies.
6. Experience in donor database management and data analysis.
7. High level of integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive donor information.
8. Ability to work as part of a collaborative team and independently.
