Nuclear Energy Opportunity Overview: Administrative Technician based in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 4-month contract assignment This is an Executive Administrative Assistant position. You will provide comprehensive support to IT Vice President. You will need to have judgment in handling confidential information and executive-level communications. Your Day-to-Day:

• Provide direct administrative support to the VP, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate meetings and events, including agenda creation, logistics, and follow-up on action items.
• Promote communication between the executive and internal/external team members, ensuring communication and agreement.
• Manage expense reporting, purchase orders, and budget tracking.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost judgment.

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree
• Experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role
• Must have experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
