About the Program: The University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH), located in Lima, OH, is currently seeking applicants for the Women's Flag Football Head Coach Position. UNOH is an NAIA affiliated school and competes in the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC).

Job Summary/Essential Functions:

• This position is housed in the athletic department and will report to the Director of Athletics
• The head coach is responsible for all aspects of the women's flag football program, including recruitment of qualified student-athletes
• promoting the welfare and academic progress of student-athletes
• practice and game preparation
• budget management
• scheduling and scouting
• performing the daily administrative duties of the program; supervision of assistant coaches and the overall administration of the women's flag football program.
• Duties must be completed while adhering to all University, WHAC Conference, and NAIA rules and regulations

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
• Collegiate women's flag football coaching experience and demonstrated recruiting ability required.
• A valid driver's license and driving record which meets institutional requirements.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a collegiate women's flag football Head Coach and demonstrated success in competition.
