Warehouse Reach Truck Operator | McCarran, NV

Responsibilities
• Operate reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment to move, stack, and organize freight safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload shipments from containers, trailers, and staging areas while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Sort, label, and stage freight based on destination and shipment specifications.
• Perform cycle counts and verify inventory to maintain stock accuracy.
• Track and document freight movement using digital and paper-based systems.
• Inspect and report damaged or defective materials promptly to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Support team goals and assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or distribution center environment (required).
• Proven ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, or inventory tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Reliable transportation to and from the McCarran, NV facility.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and national background check.
Pay
$22.50 per hour
Schedule
Various Shifts Available!
Weekday Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
Weekday Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
Weekday Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Monday-Friday)
Weekend Days: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM (Sat–Mon)
Weekend Nights: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM (Sat–Mon)
(Training starts on the 7am-3:30pm weekday shift before moving to your assigned schedule. Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed.)
