The GET Rotational Engineer is a 27-month rotational program. This position will expose you toexceptional professionals in the industry as you engage in key business projects and develop yourcareer. During the program participants will have 3 diverse assignments lasting approximately 9months each with business skills training and team collaboration sessions in between. Candidatesare required to relocate three times during their tenure in the program and must be open torelocate to one of our manufacturing facilities anywhere in the United States.
Participants are engaged in a range of learning experiences including cross functional assignments mentoring assessments and career planning and networking. These experiences are provided by rotating to various sites and through annual training programs offered only to those who are program participants. These annual training events include networking opportunities with our executive leadership team and alumni of the program.
