Position Summary

The Site Manager oversees all daily operations of a fast-paced, customer-focused car wash facility. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage staff, maintain equipment, ensure outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and consistent wash quality.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, scheduling preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and other materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Optimize labor scheduling to balance customer demand and labor costs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise Car Wash Attendants.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment with an emphasis on accountability and performance.
• Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient, and high-quality service.
• Manage daily cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment for staff and customers.

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors, to walk/stand for prolonged periods in all weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable performing physical tasks and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed.

Qualifications:

• Management experience (restaurant, car wash, automotive, or retail preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude to quickly learn car wash systems.
• Ability to meet sales goals and drive performance.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
• Passion for delivering quick, high-quality service.
• Dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
