Job Title: Residential Service and Repair Plumber

Are you a seasoned plumber with a passion for providing top-notch customer service? We're looking for an experienced Residential Service and Repair Plumber to join our growing company. As a Residential Service and Repair Plumber, you'll provide a full range of plumbing services to residential and light commercial customers. Your expertise in everything from water heaters to whole-house repiping will be essential to your success. You will be the face of our company, building trust with customers by effectively communicating problems and providing expert solutions.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Provide comprehensive plumbing services to residential and light commercial customers.

• Install and repair electric and tankless water heaters.

• Perform sewer and drain cleaning, gas line repairs, and installations.

• Conduct video camera inspections and hydro jetting.

• Install and repair garbage disposals, water filtration systems, and water softeners.

• Replace and repair fixtures, including faucets, tubs, showers, and toilets.

• Perform full home inspections and whole-house repipes.

• Detect and repair slab leaks.

• Use soldering/brazing, ProPress, Uponor, and Pex Crimp plumbing products effectively.

• Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to customers.

• Take on-call nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of plumbing experience is preferred.

• Strong service and repair background.

• Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to define problems and identify solutions.

• Experience with Service Titan and/or Housecall Pro is preferred.

• Must be comfortable with on-call duties and parking a company vehicle at your residence.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $30.00 - $38.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
