Position Summary
EYA, an award-winning residential builder and developer with over 30 years of experience in creating vibrant urban neighborhoods, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Analyst to join our team. In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with the General Counsel and COO to oversee corporate-level projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth workflows, timely deliverables, and effective communication across departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the General Counsel, COO, and other management to understand project requirements and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource needs.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Assist in the preparation, organization, and delivery of legal documents and related materials.
Post and maintain required information for closings and compliance purposes.
Organize and schedule meetings; prepare agendas and document follow-up actions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, coordinating closely with the COO and General Counsel on priorities and performance metrics.
Track and report progress on key projects and operational initiatives, providing regular status updates to the executive team.
Audit project workflows to identify and address bottlenecks.
Maintain internal electronic databases and digital records.
Support ad hoc operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
December 2025 graduate with a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, operations management, real estate development or related field.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and in particular proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, punctual, and collaborative.
Customer service–oriented with the ability to work effectively with a variety of personalities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.

Schedule, Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) that operates from our headquarters in Bethesda, MD. Operation hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (in person).
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, including applicable bonuses. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
