(CBN STI) is a leader in the manufacture and production of award-winning polycarbonate identification products (driver’s license and identification (DL/ID) cards, passport data page) for various US states and international customers. Job Description

Internal Job Title: Production Operator
Job Type:  Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Albany, NY
Work Model:  On-site

Shift: Evening Shift – Monday to Friday, 3.15 pm to 11.45 pm

Starting Wage: $18.25/hour

Position Summary

As a Production Operator at CBN Secure Technologies Inc., you will be responsible for operating various types of machines and equipment that are used to produce various secure polycarbonate documents like NY State Driver Licenses and Identification cards. The work occurs in a temperature controlled, clean-room environment.

Responsibilities

Equipment Operation

• Operate laser engravers, automated inspection equipment, and insertion machines.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure adequate supply of consumables for production runs.

Inventory & Materials Management

• Verify inventory lot counts.

Documentation & Data Management

• Perform data entry and maintain daily production logs.

Qualifications

Education and Knowledge

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer literacy

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or other high-paced environment is an asset

Mandatory Requirements

• Background : Ability to pass a CBN STI background check
• Physical Demands : Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs; Ability to work on your feet for prolonged periods
