Job Description

Uplift Physical Therapy & Wellness is one of the leading pelvic health physical therapy practices in the region , located in the heart of beautiful Chatham, Massachusetts on Cape Cod. We are an out-of-network, patient-centered practice providing high-quality pelvic health and orthopedic care to men, women, and people of all genders .

We are seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist to join our growing team for 24–32 hours per week . This position may be full-time or part-time , depending on the right fit.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who are:

  • Experienced pelvic health physical therapists , or
  • Strong orthopedic physical therapists interested in learning pelvic health, or
  • New graduates who are motivated, passionate about pelvic health and eager to grow in a supportive environment

Pelvic health experience is preferred but not required . We value clinicians who are thoughtful, compassionate, and committed to providing inclusive, whole-person care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized, one-on-one physical therapy sessions (60 minutes)
  • Evaluate and treat pelvic health conditions across the lifespan (pregnancy/postpartum, bowel, bladder, sexual health and pelvic pain concerns) including comprehensive differential diagnosis utilizing orthopedic, neurological and systems-level knowledge
  • Deliver care that is inclusive and affirming for patients of all genders
  • Develop personalized plans of care focused on long-term outcomes
  • Educate patients on movement, lifestyle factors, and self-management
  • Participate in mentorship, continuing education, and team collaboration
  • Contribute to a positive, welcoming patient experience

Qualifications

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
  • Strong interest in pelvic health and patient-centered care
  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
  • Comfort working in a cash-based practice model (experience with this model not required)
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

About Uplift Physical Therapy & Wellness

We are a small private practice located in Chatham, MA. Our services include pelvic health, orthopedics and infant bodywork. Our team includes one PT (owner) and one part time OT as well as one Patient Care Coordinator.
