Part-Time Bookkeeper
Who: A confidential startup company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time bookkeeper to manage monthly financial transactions and maintain organized accounting records using QuickBooks.
Key Responsibilities:
● Record and reconcile monthly financial transactions in QuickBooks
● Prepare basic financial reports
● Maintain organized and audit-ready financial records
● Assist with tax preparation documentation
● Coordinate with the company’s CPA or financial advisor as needed
Qualifications:
● Experience with QuickBooks and basic accounting principles
● Previous bookkeeping experience, preferably in a startup or small business
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
