Growing together.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Abides by state rules and regulations while operating the vehicle to and from assigned locations, in and around the Houston and surrounding areas and is primary contact for troubleshooting issues related to the mobile coach + Plans ahead to adjust for traffic, construction, or inclement weather in order to arrive to the event on time + Assists with scheduling routine interior and exterior coach maintenance, and coordination of vehicle preventative maintenance and service + Assists with completion of Life Safety checks and participates in EHS inspection + Hours must be flexible with possible weekend hours You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + High School diploma or GED from an accredited program + 5+ years of personal driving experience + Proven excellent customer service skill set and solid written and oral communication abilities + Ability to be detail-oriented, good organizational skills, proactive troubleshooter + Insurable driving record + Valid Texas Driver's License and access to reliable transportation **Preferred Qualifications:** + 4+ years of professional driving experience + Commercial Driver's License + Bilingual Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $24.23 per hour based on full-time employment.
