**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Job Description Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, including robots, conveyors, sensors, servo motors, HMIs, PLCs, cameras, assembly lines, and printing equipment. This position involves a significant focus on troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities + Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on robots, conveyors, sensors, servo motors, HMIs, PLCs, cameras, assembly lines, laser printers, and ink jets. + Perform electrical troubleshooting, including working with PLCs, low voltage circuits, and 480V 3-phase systems. + Engage in machine shop tasks, including manual milling, lathing, and some CNC operations. + Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, such as HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, and furniture assembly. + Carry out preventive maintenance on the facility. + Contribute to special projects as required. Essential Skills + 5 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems. + Experience with automation and robotics. + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, particularly with 3-phase systems. + Ability to read and understand blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications + At least 2 years of experience within automation or working with robots. Why Work Here? Choose from a variety of shifts, including 1st Shift (6am-4pm, Monday-Thursday), 2nd Shift (4pm-2am, Monday-Thursday), and Weekend Shift (6am-6pm, Friday-Sunday). The company aims to maintain a 40-50 hour work week, with flexibility for half-day shifts on Fridays.
