Job Description Job Description: One of Insight Global's top property management companies is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep and functionality of Apartment complex. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, especially with HVAC systems, and who can seamlessly coordinate with vendors and communicate clearly across teams. Key Responsibilities: Hands-On Maintenance: -Perform minor repairs and routine upkeep when units are being turned -Take lead on HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair -Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance Vendor Coordination: -Source, schedule, and oversee third-party contractors and service providers -Ensure quality control and timely completion of outsourced work -Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements Operational Efficiency: -Provide clear updates to property managers and residents regarding work status -Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
