As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll represent our brand in the field —treating lawns, providing mosquito control, and recommending services that help our customers achieve the healthiest lawns possible.

Daily Tasks include:

• Fertilize, aerate and treat lawns utilizing our ride-on power equipment or walk behind equipment
• Communicate effectively with customers and teammates
• Maintain equipment and perform basic shop work
• Offer New Services to Customers
• No mowing or landscaping!

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to operate and maintain machinery safely
• Able to lift over 50 lbs
• Must pass a drug test and background check 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

About the Role
This hands-on position offers full training and the opportunity to learn how to identify turf types, seasonal stress, and common lawn diseases; properly apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides; perform core aeration and seeding; and independently manage residential and commercial lawns. 

Experience in Lawn Care is NOT required to be considered for these positions; however, candidates must be customer-focused and have a passion for always doing the right thing. The rate of pay will reflect previous work history, and an annual bonus potential is available based on work ethic and personal growth within this position. 

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
