Job Description

This position requires prior detailing experience, preferably within a full service.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detail Manager to oversee our car detailing operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and customer service, ensuring that every vehicle meets our high standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of detailers and coordinating all aspects of the detailing process.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of detailers to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards.
• Oversee the cleaning, and detailing of vehicles, ensuring every car is presented in pristine condition.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues related to detailing services.
• Conduct regular quality checks on completed work to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial work or car wash/detailing environments.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
