Entry Level Sales Enrollment Representative Location Anaheim, CA :

We are a community outreach company that partners with nationally recognized brands to help provide our local community with access to reliable communication services. With our partnership, we work hands-on with customers to foster relationships and educate them on the benefits they qualify for. We do all of this through our community outreach and enrollment campaigns, and we have found that we are most successful through adding this personal touch.

We are currently seeking to add a Entry Level Sales Enrollment Representative to our team. The Entry Level Sales Enrollment Representative will be taken under the wing of one of our more senior managers, trained on every aspect of the role to become a master.

Entry Level Sales Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:

• Utilize client provided leads and territories to meet with consumers directly and interact in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all times
• Verify confidential customer information and qualify potential customers for our enrollment benefits
• Maintain and update customer information accurately and promptly
• Pay close attention to detail and actively listen to customer concerns to find the best possible solution
• Collaborate with Residential Enrollment Specialists, Sales Managers, and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to further educate community members on the benefits of our program
• Stay updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members

Entry Level Sales Enrollment Representative Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 0-2 years of experience as an Community Outreach Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering, or another related field
• Passionate about making a difference and interacting with the community
• Team-oriented with the ability to problem-solve independently
• Driven to further one's career and make an impact

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
