Description:

As a Data Analyst at Benda Infotech, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that uses data to shape the company’s future. You’ll work closely with finance, product, and engineering teams to collect, analyse, and interpret business data. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to make an impact through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Analyse internal and external datasets using Excel and visualisation tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights effectively.
• Data Visualisation: Present data findings in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner to help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with finance, product, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for business improvement and efficiency.
• Financial Insights: Support the finance team in analysing financial and operational data to inform key strategic initiatives.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the implementation of best practices in data collection, analysis, and reporting across the organisation.

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in data analysis , business analysis , or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Power BI , MS Visio , PowerPoint , SAP , or Jira is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SQL or other querying languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
