This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Enterprise Account Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage and enhance client relationships for a leading proxy and web scraping solutions provider. Your contributions will not only aid in client satisfaction but also drive retention and growth for the company. By collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the client engagement strategies. Accountabilities

  • Manage relationships with key client accounts to ensure satisfaction and account growth.
  • Engage proactively with clients through regular updates and meetings.
  • Monitor and resolve client support issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Analyze clients' product usage and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM entries for all client interactions and agreements.
  • Negotiate and execute renewal contracts aligned with client objectives.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client service offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years experience in managing and upselling to B2B accounts in the technology sector, preferably SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Engineering; an MBA is a plus.
  • Strong technical acumen and understanding of complex technical products.
  • Experience collaborating with technical professionals and C-suite executives.
  • Proven ability to handle negotiations and objections effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi.
