Desserts Etc in Hershey, PA is looking for requires a self-motivated individual who can help orchestrate the smooth operation of our baking facility. Our ideal candidate is attentive, hard-working, and organized.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots or pans using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Sort and stack clean dishes; Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas
• Assist with bakery food prep work as needed.
• Maintains trash and recycling bins throughout and at the end of each shift.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a working in environment with time constraints.
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills
• Common sense and a superb work ethic
• Ability to do repetitive work proficiently and quickly
• Problem-solving skills
• Friendly and happy
• High energy level with the ability to work calmly under high pressure
• Flexibility
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of day, weekend shifts, and holidays; along with, flexibility of role-wise to accommodate business levels.
