RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams to achieve performance, innovation, and professional growth
• Collaborate with executives on technical strategy and the long-term engineering roadmap.
• Oversee full project lifecycles, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant delivery.
• Manage departmental budgets, KPIs, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and certifications (ITAR, ISO, etc.).
• Drive firearm and component design, development, and enhancement to meet market and regulatory needs.
• Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate market trends and emerging technologies into technical requirements and product innovations.
• Resolve engineering challenges, production bottlenecks, and quality issues.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, R&D, and Marketing to meet product timelines, cost goals, and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (required); Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in Engineering, including 5+ years in leadership within precision CNC manufacturing.
• Proven success delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Firearms industry knowledge/experience preferred.
• Skilled in continuous improvement, product design, and manufacturing processes for precision-engineered products.
