🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Own the  entire client experience from introduction to delivery
• Sell not just vehicles — but  accessories, protection packages, and finance products
• Build strong relationships and foster long-term customer loyalty
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned inventory with confidence
• Manage your own pipeline using the latest CRM tools
• Review and maintain daily inventory reports
• Strategize with sales leadership to grow your personal market share
• Track performance and meet dealership standards for CSI, gross average, and monthly units
• Stay updated on product certifications and market trends
